GROUP STUDIO
$30/guest
- Connect. Once you arrive you will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, mingle, and enjoy a fun ice breaker to help you make new and interesting connections. You know, so you don't feel like your sitting with strangers the whole night ;)
- Paint. Next, you will start painting your unique work of art, which will be guided by one of our wonderful instructors.
- Fun. About half way through the painting, you will take a break and enjoy one of our various party games. Games will be won and prizes will be given!
- Repeat!. Once the games have ended, you will add the finishing touches to your perfectly unique work of art.
- Finally, once everyone has finished thier painting, everyone is invited to stick around and mingle for just a little bit longer.
PRIVATE PARTY STUDIO
$30/guest (some locations extra)
- We accomodate bookings for private parties in our studio. We require a minimum of 10 and maximum of 30 guests.
- There is a minimum deposit of $150 which will be applied to your balance. Your balance is required to be paid 24 hours before the day of your event.

MOBILE STUDIO
$40/guest- Enjoy everything included with our Group Studio(as stated above) except we bring all of the festivities to your location!
- We require a minimum booking for 10 and maximum of 30 guests. The rate for Mobile Studio is $40/guest.
- You provide the seating and chairs, we will provide the table covers.
- Please be prepared for us to be with you for 3 1/2 hours. We will arrive 30 minutes before the event, you will enjoy the fun for 2 1/2 hours and then we just require another 30 minutes for clean up.
- There is a minimum deposit of $200 which will later be applied to your balance, which has to be paid 24 hours before the day of your event.

Cancellation Policy
Group Studio Events. Studio Brushstrokes does not provide refunds, however we do provide studio credit which can be used towards a future session when you provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice. NO credit will be issued less than 24 hours before a scheduled session.
Private & Mobile Studio Events. You can cancel or change your date at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date without charge. If you cancel or change your date within 14 days of the scheduled event date, that will result in the forfeiture of half of your deposit. Cancellation or date change within 7 days will result in the forfeiture all of your deposit. If the less than the reserved number of guests attend the event, you will still be charged the full amount as reserved. If additional guests attend over the reserved number of seats, you will be responsible for paying for the additional guests, due at the conclusion of the event. The party host should make sure to convey this to their guests.
Terms and Policies
Studio Brushstrokes is a service provided by Brushstrokes Cafe LLC (hereinafter "Studio Brushstrokes"). We love to see our guests enjoy themselves and have lots of fun, but some terms and policies must govern our events (blame our lawyers, please!).
Studio Brushstrokes does not prohibit our guests from bringing their own alcohol for our guests' own enjoyment. However, our guests expressly agree that they bring and consume alcohol at their own risk and will not hold Studio Brushstrokes responsible for any liability relating to the consumption of alcohol.
Studio Brushstrokes may provide complimentary alcohol at our events for the enjoyment of our guests. However, our guests expressly agree that they bring and consume alcohol at their own risk and will not hold Studio Brushstrokes responsible for any liability relating to the consumption of alcohol.
Any guest must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol, regardless of who provides the alcohol. Studio Brushstrokes reserves the right to deny any of our guests from consuming alcohol unless their age is proven by a properly issued, current, and valid government ID.
Studio Brushstrokes reserves the right to ask any of our guests to stop consuming alcohol anytime for any reason.
Studio Brushstrokes uses acrylic paint which is non-toxic and water washable. However it will stain clothing if allowed to dry. Therefore, it is our guest's sole responsibility to promptly wash their clothing in the event of any paint spill or splatter. Our guests expressly agree not to hold Studio Brushstrokes responsible for any damages to their personal properties.
Private & Mobile Events
Studio Brushstrokes uses acrylic paint which is non-toxic and water washable. However it will stain furnishings if allowed to dry. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the event host to promptly wash any furnishings in the event of any paint spill or splatter. Our event host expressly agrees not to hold Studio Brushstrokes responsible for any damages to their personal properties.
It is the sole responsibility of the event host to ensure that all guests who is provided alcohol is at least 21 years of age.
